Stayed here several times as the proximity to the airport is great, the lake is across the street and several good restaurants are in walking distance. Also the Victoria Mall is close enough to walk to. Friendly & accommodating staff. It’s an older hotel so adjust your expectations accordingly.

Horrible rooms and customer service

Non working rooms in my experience with no working shower. They actually refuse to refund customers on arrival when their faults are discovered. I was offered a new room which too, had a non working shower with no other options for the night. A new hotel had to be booked for the night and full visit stay. Do not use your debit or checking account for these bookings, because you'll have no way of disputing the fraudulent charges later on.

Nothing much. I like the beach area but it has to match the neighbors! Why look so plain?

This place has a great location but the rooms facing the lake need a complete re-do- everything including the bathroom, the AC and fan that is not working need to be thrown away..rooms are very plain- they could copy from their neighbors The customer service is a bit wanting- training is great. Please overhaul the breakfast menu or get a good chef. It's terrible whoever suggested the tiles in the lounge and the rooms The towels are dirty and old. Let's fix it. The bathroom tub can go. Train the staff or fix their schedule for effectiveness. That place has excellent potential if the owner cares to do anything about it.

Clean and comfortable room with a balcony overlook the lake. Convenient location, tasty breakfast, helpful staff and excellent airport transfer.

Close to Victoria lake

This hotel has a very nice location by the Victoria lake, close to restaurants and within walking distance from Victoria mall. The building has seen its best days decades ago. Complimentary airport shuttle.
