Could be better

This was my first time staying at a five-star hotel, and honestly, many aspects of the experience were not very nice or up to the standards I expected.
In my opinion, the hotel management really needs to train the staff to be more welcoming and attentive toward guests. The room was cleaned very late, and we had to call several times for almost everything we needed.
Overall, I did not find this hotel to be a stylish or sophisticated five-star hotel at all. Even the reception staff were not particularly friendly or welcoming.
Unfortunately, staying at this hotel was not a very enjoyable or memorable experience for me.

The hotel's standout feature is the beautiful view from the suite, while the rest is quite ordinary.

The hotel lacks many services. The name is grand, but it doesn't live up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. The reception staff didn't explain the hotel's facilities, and there are no decorative paintings or artwork in the entrances, corridors, or rooms. The rooms don't even have napkins, and the buffet is unpretentious, offering the same dishes every day.
The staff lack the same service spirit as in other hotels. Take your room key and go serve yourself.

As a permanent guest, the location of the hotel is so guzel trabzona dominated in one spot, the rooms are clean genis breakfast rich brave breakfast lounge serving is very attentive and helpful I can say this hotel is among my favorite...
