The breakfast was abundant but chaotic—service was disorganized, and at our table, cutlery was missing, and I had to ask for napkins.
The location is definitely a highlight, right on the Black Sea with a large private beach area equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, which is very pleasant. However, the guest restroom near the beach was unusable due to dirtiness.
Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but it’s definitely not a 4-star hotel. There are many aspects that need serious improvement.
The location is good, not far away from the city center or Sinop.

The deluxe rooms with sea views are very spacious. But the housekeeping and ventilation were bad.
The room was not cleaned and the staff didn’t know so they took us into the room.
Staff can’t produce very bad solutions and are incompetent
Smoking in rooms and hallways. I think the ventilation is blowing back.
We stayed 2 nights and nobody entered the room except us. I stayed at this hotel 10 years ago. Big disappointment

Keep expectations high
It is great. the distance to the center is easy to get by taxi.breakfast is sufficient but the service staff needs to be attentive.The hotel is clean, I don't use the pool I can not review .The staff at the reception and the staff by the sea are well-intentioned and polite but a bit far from being focused on solutions if needed.Instead of the customer of the hotel, they are more attentive to the customer who is paying a plunge from there on the weekend (in the morning we leave our towels and towels on the beach and when we go to eat in town, they gather our specialties and put them aside.)
The summary is good price, but keeps the expectations high for a 2-day stay.
