Stay was amazing, however i sent an e mail to hotels.com as i think they've overcharge a LOT for the rooms, and so far have not received response.

Fooled by the Pictures
*Fooled by the Pictures* – Only tight, cropped photo of the hotel. Online vs. reality are two different hotels.
I booked this hotel for my wife & her 2 sisters, here is their feedback
Room Type: Deluxe Bosphorus Suite with partial Bosphorus View
Total shock on arrival.
*Major issues for 3 adults, 6 nights:*
- No car access – dragged heavy luggage to door.
- Run-down entrance- No lobby – just a dirty front desk area with a capacity off 3-4 people standing.
- No proper wardrobe – just a 1m wide unstable rack with hangers.
- Tiny bathroom: toilet is located next to bed headboard, glass partition only. Zero privacy.
- Stain on Sofa bed, poor housekeeping.
- Elevator fits 2 people with no suitcase.
*Night Rates*: Same nightly rate as top 5-star hotels in the city, but 2-star quality. Not worth it.
We asked for an upgraded room,; no availability. We left the Hotel immediately. Hotel & Booking site kept bouncing us back and forth for a refund. No solution till now
*Bottom line*: Don’t get fooled by the pictures. Save your money.

The photos are misleading and make the rooms look far better than they actually are. The room was very small, with no wardrobe, a tiny bathroom, and almost no toilet privacy.
For the price, this is nowhere near a 5-star hotel. I asked the hotel management for a solution but they refused,

Did not replenish coffee and such. Had to request it even on Day 1. Room and view were nice but area is just okay and is a little out of the way.

Very noisy and outdated
I stayed for a week at The Stay at the Bosphorus hotel during a conference.
The hotel is far away from what is being shown in the pictures, it is outdated, needs maintenance in the rooms and public areas and smells cigarettes everywhere you go.
During the week days i slept quiet ok hut the weekend is impossible to sleep due to the loud music of the nightclubs nearby.
If you are a bad sleeper, avoid this hotel, it is impossible to rest.
Positive point is just the view to the Bosphorus (if you paid for it)
I do not recommend this hotel
