Why so much drama? Just accept you or the agency did a mistake... NOT ME, because I didn't and I proved it to you

Very VERY bad top management, the WORST I EVER EXPERIENCED in an hotel, and I traveled a lot in hotels in my life as an IT trainer.
I reserved vacation here, with kids, they accepted even baby bed, at the end they told me "you reserved for 5 adults only". They call me a liar while I got the reservation details and messages to prove him wrong....
To be concilient, I just asked for ONE MATTRESS to put ON THE FLOOR and we could be both happy, but it seems they prefered to have bad reviews instead...
So yeah, wrong bedroom settings, not matching the reservation, lying on the reservation details, no extra bed or baby beds, no TV or broken TV (we had 2 rooms), broken showers (leaking and more...) and the breakfast has no milk, it has POWDER MILK !

Silent horror

It's terrifying... there's no warm water, they promised to fix it in two days, but they never did. The whole room and bathroom are moldy, mud everywhere. The audibility from other rooms is like we're all in the same bed. Rooms are never cleaned.
I understand that there should be no special claims for this price, but to provide minimal comfort – a clean room and warm water – whose basic conditions are not
I don't even want to go back to the room tonight.
The reception staff is friendly, but the point is... The reception building in one part and the hotel in the other .

Although we had booked the room months in advance and informed the property about our late arrival around midnight, there was no one available for check-in when we arrived. After waiting and asking unhelpful neighbors, we were directed to another nearby building managed by the same property.
When a staff member finally arrived, we were shown a room on the third floor with no elevator, accessible only by very narrow and unsafe staircases. Our request for a first-floor room was refused. We were then offered a room in the other building with an elevator, but at almost double the price, which was very disappointing given the inconvenience.

Just fine and perfect hotel. The best is the good offers with reasonable prices. But the discomfort is they do have many cats moving around.

We arrived and were immediately hit by a strong smell of cat urine throughout the property. There was even a mattress dumped in the corridor, making the place look filthy and neglected. It was so bad that we couldn’t even stay the night and left without checking in. We told the staff how horrible it was, but they did nothing to address it and showed no concern at all. I would strongly advise avoiding this place until it’s properly cleaned and managed.
