Very nice , clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast was on repeat. I wish they had more warm breakfast options but overall very good hotel to stay and location was best

Perfect location and great hotel, but severely let down by rude and unprofessional staff
The Bosfor Hotel has great potential—the location is perfect, the property itself is very good, and the front desk gave me a reasonable rate of €35 per night including breakfast upon check-in. The breakfast selection was good as well. Unfortunately, the overall experience was ruined by terrible staff behavior.
Breakfast Experience: One of the staff members in the dining area was extremely aggressive. He actually raised his voice and yelled in my face just because I accidentally left a yogurt on the buffet counter. To make matters worse, while cleaning a nearby table, he slammed a trash bin right in front of my table so forcefully that dust and debris blew directly onto my food. I couldn't even finish my meal and had to leave.
Housekeeping: Housekeeping completely ignored basic protocol. Despite having the "Do Not Disturb" sign hanging on my door, they knocked repeatedly.
I travel to Turkey often, and while the hotel itself, location, and price are great, the staff service here is slow, untrained, and extremely unprofessional. I hope management takes customer service training seriously.

Very pretty hotel

Very convenient location: near the tram stop, but the hotel is inside the street, which creates peace and comfort of arrival.
Very clean rooms, cleaned every day.
Breakfasts are monotonous, but full, you won't be hungry.
The hotel is modern, with good renovation, interesting lift and beautiful spiral staircase through the floors.
Beautiful reception where you can always sit in comfortable chairs.

As soon as I arrived at the airport, the guy who was at number 84 point I told him that somebody’s coming to pick me up incited me that will take me to the hotel first he told €42. I didn’t have €42. He took me to the ATM. I want with him took out Turkish lira. I found out he charged €52 as soon as I reach the hotel the receptionist told me the guys are waiting at the airport for you, but you are in the hotel now receptionist told me you have to pay €70 eventually I told him I’ll pay €52 to take me back to the Airport but he still insisted that I have to pay €70. What a scam in Istanbul please be careful people.

Just sufficiently met my needs being here.
The hotel being close to many places and 100 m walk to the tram.
Breakfast was amazing, menu not repeating daily a plus point for extended stay like myself.
I will come here certainly.
