Don't panic its not that bad!!!

I must admit before I left the UK and after reading the reviews I panicked and tried to find another hotel even though we were only staying a few nights. Well what can I say it wasn't that bad!! Yes the room was small (standard) but it is a city break and unless you are paying top dollar you kind of expect that. It was clean the bathroom although small was usable but you could run off with the safe if you wanted as it was not bolted to anything . All the staff we engaged with with friendly and helpful. My only real criticism of the hotel is the amount of gentleman staying there for a hair transplant it's not what I ideally want to be looking at during breakfast, blood swamped bandages soon puts you off you breakfast apart from that a good little hotel in a fabulous location so don't panic

Very nice and helpful staff. Very good located just a 10 minutes walk from Hagia Sofia, The Blue Mosque and other attractions. Area is very touristy though and over priced.
The room was not much bigger than a phone booth, the ac didn’t work ant the tv felt out when we opened the closet. Breakfast was not as good as one would hope

TERRIBLE....IN THE AREA FIND BETTER

Bad experience... the only positive thing is the location.
I stayed at this hotel from 14 to 17 March, being 4 friends we booked 2 connecting rooms. The first one was very small, the floor came off the ground, the bathroom dilapidated. The second room larger than the first, with a very small bathroom... in both bathrooms there was a stench of sewer. On the second day we return to the hotel around 6.30pm and both rooms had not been redone. I went to the reception to communicate the fact and the guy on duty did not even let me talk, he just said "shut up" and arrogantly told me that the rooms had been redone regularly. I insist and I let another guy come up to see the situation, at which point after being on the phone with someone says "I'm sorry but the lady who had to tidy up the rooms today was sick and the one who was there could not fix them all, however now there is no one so you keep them like this", the only thing they gave us were clean towels... I will not add more, with what you pay you can find any other hotel in the area.

Wonderful Istanbul

Great hotel for proximity to major attractions, topkapi, Santa sofia, Blue Mosque and cisterna.Camere comfortable, breakfast in the norm and friendly and helpful employees.
