Criminal to call this 3 Star it’s absolutely 4 star
I paid just £130 per night. By comparison, the Swissôtel was over £300 per night and wasn’t half as good.
For context, I travel the world for work and stay almost exclusively in 4- and 5-star hotels, so this is a genuine review based on a lot of experience.
The night before, I checked out of the Swissôtel overlooking the Bosphorus due to poor service and found this hotel closer to the airport. I’ll admit I was slightly concerned by some of the photos and the 3-star rating.
Let me reassure you: this hotel is absolutely not a 3-star property. It is, without question, a 4-star hotel.
Highlights:
• Spotlessly clean throughout
• Incredibly friendly and helpful staff with genuinely 5 star service levels
• Fully renovated many of the restaurant photos online are outdated. Take a look at my photos instead; it’s stunning, with beautiful views over the sea and beach
This is genuinely one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. My room overlooked the sea and had been refurbished to an exceptionally high standard.
The pool area has brand new sun loungers with breathtaking sea views, and the overall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. I honestly can’t describe how impressed I was with this hotel. In fact, I’ll be bringing my family back next month.
The restaurant deserves special mention. The fish changes daily and is freshly caught that morning. Not only is the food excellent, but it’s actually better value and higher quality than many of the seafront restaurants in town.
I will be recommending this hotel to everyone I know and can’t wait to return.
If I had to mention one negative and perhaps the reason for the 3-star rating it would be the lack of a lift. There are quite a few steps down to the pool and some of the rooms. However, the staff are clearly aware of this and are always happy to carry luggage and assist guests. It’s more a result of the hotel’s location than a service issue.

Brilliant service
The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful, a huge shoutout to Sema, who made us feel especially welcomed through her insights into the local area and her great service at breakfast.
