Good Roof Restaurant and view

The hotel offers a great rooftop view, which is one of its highlights. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax. The pool area is well-maintained, and the lobby is welcoming and elegant. The spa facilities are excellent for unwinding, and the rooftop restaurant provides a wonderful dining experience with beautiful views. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with great amenities and atmosphere.

Dirty hotel, old smelly rooms, no water

01.03.25 we were given room 313. It was completely filled with the smell of cigarettes. We opened the balcony door to air it out and went for a walk. When we returned, we saw that the door had been closed. This means that hotel staff had entered our room while we were away When we got back, it turned out that THERE WAS NO WATER in the hotelWe were simply told to wait until morning. No way to shower, use the toilet, or even wash our hands! In the end, we left for another hotel. WARNING! The hotel refused to refund our money. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Dirty rooms with a cigarette smell, no water, and rude staff who can't solve anything. The rooms are old. The sink faucet is broken, and the hairdryer doesn't work. One of the worst hotels in Istanbul I’ve ever stayed at.

An excellent stay and very hospitable staff and owners

I have stayed 10 nights and enjoyed my stay very much so. Very clean and a well-kept boutique hotel. It is very close to the Dragos / Besmialem Hospital and an excellent location next to the seaside, bus station, Maltepe park and shopping at Bagdat Street. Rezalet !!!!

Odaya girdiğimde yorganı dolaba sıkıştırmışlar ve PİSTİ !! Kesinlikle görsellerdeki gibi değil. Odayı havalandırmamışlar bile. Aşşağıya indim ücret iadesi taleb ettim resepsiyondaki Nuri bey odayı kullandınız dedi. Bir dakika bile duramadığım odayı nasıl kullanmış olabilirim. Müneccim miyim ben odanın halini girmeden nasıl göreyim. Güzellikle konuşmamıza rağmen benim problemim değil gibi cümleler kurdu. Gerek var mı bu rezilliğe gerçekten göründüğü gibi olsa zaten problem yok. Başka oda verdi beyfendi lütfetmiş gibi sanki bir ödeme karşılığında değilmiş gibi ben odanızı da değiştirdim diyor. Yahu içerisi leş gibi sigara kokuyor. Astım hastasıyım ben nasıl uyuyayım o odanın içerisinde. İçeride nefes alamadığım kullanamadığım bir dakika bile duramadığım odanın ücretini ödedim resmen. İstese iade edebilirdi fakat o lakaid bir şekilde benim problemim değil ben odayı size verdim dedi. Şaka gibi gerçekten. kesinlikle tavsiye etmeyi geçtim kapısının önünde bile durmayın derim. Bu şekilde bir karşılama yok. Tüketici hakkı denen birşey var. Ayıp !!

Kötü otellerde de kaldim ama böylesini görmedim!
Akşam mecburi konaklama yapmak zorunda oldugumuz icin bu oteli sectik. Secmez olaydik!daha giriste hersey rezaletti. Ucretsiz otopark filan yok. Yola cekiyorsunuz aracinizi.cekiciyle kaldirilma ihtimali var.Resepsiyonda 15 dk boyunca rezervasyonumuzu bulamadi görevli.neden bulamadigini bize sordu.Sonunda hotels.comdan rezerv edildigini buldu.Akabinde ödeme yapmamiza ragmen para istendi.Otel Hotels.comla sorun yasadi. Arayip sordugumuzda 200 tl fiyat soylediler.hotels.comdan baktigimizda fiyat 129 tl idi.
Hic kimse otelle ilgili yardimci olmadi.Giriste kahve imkani falan yok.Odalarda cöp kovasi yok.Heryerde sigara icilebiliyor.ortalik leş. Banyo balkon odalar kirli. Tv calismiyor. Internet calismiyor.Masa sandalye eksik.Kahvalti vasat.hersey cok kirli bu otelde.ayrica hic güvenli hissetmedik kendimizi.Bu tarz otellerin reklamini yaparak insanlarin güvenligini tehlikeye atmayin.Havuz bomboş.Check out yaparken resepsiyona oda kartini biraktik,şahıs yuzumuze bile bakmadi,çiktik gittik. Otel özelliklerinde yazan çogu sey yok,kandirmaca.Bu otelle ilgili herhangi biseyi begenen kisiler hic mi guzel bisey görmediniz hayatinizda¿ Nereye gittiginizin farkina varin,gerekirse 100 tl fazla verin bu otelden uzak durun!!!
