I was very happy with the service provided, the employees were super helpful and were always welcoming And friendly. Would recommend as it’s in a great location, close to all amenities and the room was clean and tidy!

Very Bad Hotel

Our experience at Diamond Beyazıt Hotel was extremely disappointing. The reception staff were not welcoming, and their attitude was rude and disrespectful. Even though we had messages to support our situation, they refused to believe us.
At around midnight, when we asked for assistance, the receptionist simply said, "I won't deal with it," and refused to help. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they demanded payment for two nights, which we found completely unfair and unprofessional.
A hotel should treat its guests with respect, listen to their concerns, and try to find a solution. Unfortunately, we experienced the exact opposite. Because of this, I cannot recommend this hotel and would advise other travelers to be cautious.

My stay at this hotel was lovely. The management are really welcoming offering me tea/ a drink at arrival and departure.
They let me have late check out which was really helpful as I had a late flight.
The room was quiet and clean. I would stay again

Outstanding experience

Excellent staff, Thanks to Shai, Safa and the manager, we are having an awesome stay. The hotel is perfectly centered, very close to the Beyazit tramway station. We came with 15 months baby and got a spacious room.
We will come back for sure and we will recommend it without hesitation.

We had a really good stay overall at Diamond Beyazit Hotel. The hotel was very clean, and for the price, it offers great value. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. They also gave us helpful recommendations for reasonably priced restaurants and places around the area, which we really appreciated.
The location is one of the best parts — it’s within walking distance to major tourist attractions and very close to the metro, which made getting around very easy.
At the beginning, one of the four beds in our room wasn’t the most comfortable, but the staff were very kind and worked to improve it, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend it, especially for the price and location.
