Excellent value! Location is great - five minutes walk to Beşiktaş waterfront area. Many nearby dining options. There is a bus stop just outside the door. Friendly staff is always ready to assist. I would gladly return!

I arrived at the hotel in the evening of May 15. I took a shower and went out to meet my girlfriend. We went out to eat and have fun and returned to the hotel together around 0100. Then she was refused entry to the hotel because she did not have her passport with her. She could show a photo of her passport, a photo of her driver's license, etc. but nothing was good enough. There was no will to resolve the situation, just "no". We then had to find and pay for a new room at another hotel in the middle of the night to have a place to sleep. At that hotel it was no problem to book a room only with a photo of her passport. Lousy service, steer clear.

Good Welcome, Bad Stay: All Insect Issue Is Missing

The front office team really goes the extra mile, showcasing a courteous and solution-focused approach. But because their powers are limited, what they can do after a moment is completely gone. I didn’t have a bad word to say to them in this way—on the contrary, they were very engaged with the host.
However, the overall management and amenity requirements are not the same. I encountered an annoying situation in my room: I saw bug-like creatures in the room. This really impacts comfort seriously. For this reason, I highly recommend that the property receive a comprehensive treatment by a professional team. I don’t want to see it again—no one wants to face a small bug family case.

Heated Noise Untrustworthy

My kids couldn’t sleep until 11am from the spirits in the adjacent rooms. Their spacious room appears to be a tomb without a craggy window. They didn’t pay me back when they called the hotel and told them I wanted to leave the night before.

room had a smell of oil of fries, maybe because of small kitchen it has. Besides that the hotel is very close to heart of Besiktas.
