The hotel is highly recommended!It is in top location and offers everything: Great restaurant with a magnificent view of the sea, a small spa area with hammam, pool and Jacuzzi with massage treatments- to relax at the end of a busy day , in 5 walking minutes is a tram stop - from there you can reach in all possible directions. This railway runs directly along all the sights in the centre of Istanbul. Very gutrs transport network, very good connections overall by metro/ship/bus and train [Istanbul Card necessary - which was purchased by the hotel staff. My special thanks go to the staff, especially we thank the restaurant boss at the hotel for his kind manner, He provided good entertainment on some nights where a singer played on his guitar and sang wonderful songs in different languagesThey were so warm, wit made us feel so at home and like a family. We arrived 3 women and a 6-year-old child. Everyone was so helpful and accommodating. If I travel to Istanbul again, I will definitely book this hotel again!

Misleading information and photos
Very bad experience. Hotel " de lux" maybe 20+ years ago. Everything outdated, dirty, starting with the bathroom .I believe it wasn't clean properly since it was removed last time. The smell in the room was like old pipes and not to mention the coaches.
Very small room, you can't open a large suitcase. No child save windows , and the children bed was right beside the window.
Costumer service very poorly, only one person at the reception was speaking descent English. All the rest of the employee were struggling with everything.
Breakfast the same every day, and if you want a herbal tea the first thing that they are saying is " extra money" for a tea bag that they actually don't know how to tell you what it is , or what you actually are asking for.
We booked for half board, after the first night when they provided a set menu, without even presenting it to us, they told us that the kitchen is closed in the evening because of the Ramadan.
No other explanations, not offering an alternative neither a refund.
We booked it in January, through On the Beach, our mistake not to do more research. It will never happen again.

Good location and friendly, helpful staff. I would specifically like to mention Eyob who were extremely kind end made our stay even more enjoyable.

Mum and daughter trip
Overall, the hotel was good — conveniently located near all the places I wanted to visit. Since we spent most of our time exploring, we didn’t stay in the hotel much, but the experience we did have was lovely. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming to me and my mum.
The real highlight of our stay was the restaurant on the 6th floor. Ayub and Hassan were absolutely wonderful hosts — they made us feel so comfortable and genuinely cared for. Every evening, they took the time to chat with us, even playing music from our home country, which was such a thoughtful touch. The food was delicious, full of flavour, and they easily catered to our dietary needs.
Ayub and Hassan truly made us feel like family, and we can’t thank them enough for making our stay a 10/10 experience.

We didn’t get what we paid for that’s first
We book 2 rooms with street view just so we can have window open for air rounds one of the rooms they give us with st view has a window and the second room on the other side does has a window but you can’t open it cus as soon you open the window you are right on the trash and the storage even I think it’s closed cus when you open the window there’s no sun light no air and I do has pics we ask the front desk we didn’t get the right room they say yeah sorry we full book and only this room available for now check tomorrow we check next day they say sorry still book no empty room and we did pay extra which for street view to use the window and not sure what’s wrong with the bed or room the 2 person in the that room are Waking up with itchy, red bumps on your skin does has pics also of bumps and went to the pharmacy they said it’s from beds I’m sure cus we left the window open for 10-15 min and all the bugs come in from there highly not recommended cus if you get expensive room they will give you trashy rooms after all and they didn’t give us the room we paid for on the check out they ask us to pay 50LT for one bottle water we take the first day we arrived but definitely will share that experience with family and friends and on my social media 2.3M followers with pics of the room and the red bumps on the body
