Small boutique hotel
we booked through local agent in Thailand and we got decent prices but it seems that for 1 night / 1st stay we paid higher rates of approx. 4000 baht and we got the building which was street view ( we had police station view ) and for 2nd stay which was 3 nights we got the rates of bht 3400.00 per night and we got the main building which was inner view of pipe / other rooms. Both are same room type but there are few main differences as follow:-
1st building which has street view : The rooms are decent size with good size bathroom with mirror and dressing table in the bedroom. Connecting rooms available for families / group.
Its in same building where breakfast is served from 7-1100hrs. Simple breakfast spread, something for everyone. Few veg options for vegetarian. They change few dishes every day. Elevator of this building is in between 2 floors so for heavy luggage u need to take up /down by 4-5 steps.
Housekeeping is good as well as friendly and helpful reception. We encounter good staffs for check in/ out and also assist us with booking cab during rain and tours. Smiling faces all the time which is very important.
For our 2nd visit we were a bit disappointed with the bathroom. The rooms in main building are decent size and it seems the rooms has been recently renovated as well but the bathroom was very disappointing as we couldn't move during the shower... it was only 2 tiles size bath area (picture will be shared as well) and toilet space also was very cramp, no space to keep any toilettes. It was very uncomfortable.
No mirror in the room for getting dressed up. We didn't open our curtain as we looked straight in other room and water pipes on the sides.
Slow lift as it fit only 2 ppl with luggage or 4 pax without luggage. Hotel is only 5-6 floor. They also have rooftop which we didn't get time to visit.
Hotel is in small alley near taksim area. In/Out of the hotel is bit of work for the drivers due to very small alleys. We had big sprinters / 10 seaters book for airport transfers, so we were always dropped on the main road, and we had to walk 5 min to the hotel. It's close to eatery and shopping. Taksim square all within walking distance.
Good wifi, close to Starbucks and cafes .
Overall, it is small cozy hotel with helping staffs with few minor issues.

2 Night Stay
Location excellent for Taksim Square and the metro. Got to the main attractions easily by tram.
We booked a small double which was sufficient for a short stay.
Value for money was excellent. Incredibly clean, great choice for breakfast and really attentive staff.
Noise levels good for a city hotel.

The location is excellent, and the hotel is good. I booked the hotel with breakfast, but when I arrived, they told me it wasn't included. I don't know if the girl mistake or expedia mistake

When I booked the hotel for the period between Dec 21 and 23, and again for the period between Jan 2-4, I thought breakfast was included, but when I arrived, they told me it wasn't.
I don’t know if this is a hotel mistake or an Expedia mistake.
