“Pleasant Staff, Challenging Room Conditions”
The staff were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which I truly appreciated throughout my stay. Their friendliness and willingness to help made a positive impression.
However, the hotel itself is quite old, and there are some aspects that could be improved. The rooms do not have proper ventilation, and the rooms on the first floor in particular lack windows and fresh air. Even in the upper floors where rooms have windows, there was significant noise during the night, which made it difficult to rest comfortably.
One of the main advantages of this hotel is its convenient location, with quick access to Istiklal Street.
Overall, while the hotel may be a budget-friendly option, I believe that travel should be associated with comfort and relaxation, not just saving money while enduring difficult conditions. There are many 3-star hotels available that offer considerably better comfort and facilities.

Location wise, no complaints.
The staff were super helpful with our luggage up the few steps. Not much of an issue there.
We had the top floor corner room. It was spacious and we couldn't hear the noise below the bustling street.
It was quite easy to take a bus to the metro to get to airport (buffer 1hr20minutes as the airport is far away).
