Magnificent stay

Hotel well located 2 steps from transport, shops open until late, plentiful and varied local breakfast, all very good and plentiful, a pleasure to have breakfast, friendly and helpful and smiling staff, honestly no complaints, calm rooms and well equipped with tea and coffee and water, climate available in the room with refrigerator which is very important for keeping drinks cool.
I especially thank Ibrahim Serim who was available to show me where to go and how to do it whenever I asked since I don't speak Turkish, thank you very much,
I saw that they have a spa but we didn't have time to try it, too bad it will be for next time.
I will return to this hotel because it is very interesting for the price and quality.
A very positive point is there is a souvenir shop (for those who don't have time to get a souvenir here and open 24 hours a day), as well as the reception they are always there to listen to your every request.
Thanks to all the staff and to the smiling and friendly Director (he comes by every morning to say good-bye to all the guests), very nice

Horrible

I do not recommend this hotel to you, it has nothing to do with it. In the pictures, it is very dirty and it deserves 4 stars. Children always play day and night without respect. The morning breakfast is very poor. The same things every day and there is no choice. We always go out for breakfast in other places.

My worst hotel experience ever

One of worst experience I’ve faced in this hotel. The hotel marked in booking.com as 4 star hotels where in fact it’s not even 1 star. The bed sheets are so dirty and bad smell all over the hotel. The AC was not working and sauna out of service. The hotel located in local area where there was a lot of noise and dark area. When I asked to cancel my booking the guy in reception got angry and hold my family passport.
The price for 4 night was 1400 euros for 2 rooms, where i found finally nearby hotel 5 starts where was was 900 euros and much much clean and respected staff.
My advise is not to stay at this hotel the staff are so rude and aggressive.

Perfect Hotel From Which to Explore Istanbul.

Comfortable, clean hotel operated by friendly, helpful staff. Close to tram service giving easy access to all areas in Istanbul.
Great breakfast buffet with something for everyone. Great place to stay for the traveller who wants to explore Istanbul.

good hotel and welcoming staff,everthing is ok ,clean rooms and nearby tramvay and metrostation,breakfast is ok,nearby supermarkets and restaurants and friday bazaar also nearby,there are many types of rooms ,from double bed to family room that have four beds.
