I would book again.
I just got back from a week at Sun Beach Hill. All in all a nice hotel, a few minutes walk to the private beach and the promenade.
I enjoyed it here, a good and harmonious atmosphere, nice staff, who clearly enjoyed their work.
The cleaning ladies were very observant - they see the guests... Nice sized rooms. A bit hard beds for me., but ok. Some noise from outside.
Quite decent food, good selection. Observant and cheerful kitchen staff, quick to refill food, and quick to clean...
Breakfast with omelet station, made to order, my favorite.
Liked the rich salad options.
Always one or two good hot soups, plus a lovely cake buffet for lunch and dinner.
Lobby bar - this was a bit of a gathering point for the evenings, always someone to chat with, inclusive atmosphere, well helped by the bar staff.
The hotel spa is recommended - I had a hammam package the first day.
But I highly recommend a treatment "Mixed massage" combination of several techniques. It did wonders for the body..
All in all - I would book this hotel again.

I WISH IT HADN'T ENDED
We stayed as a family from July 15-19, 2026. I wish our holiday hadn't ended. Many thanks to all the hotel staff. They were very friendly and respectful.
The food was VERY DELICIOUS and there was a plentiful variety.
It was one of the best holidays we've ever had.

Surprisingly good !
Hotel located 10 min walk from Side old town. Hotel looks fresh, newly renovated. Premises clean and comfortable. Food was all fresh , richly served and different kind , and tasty . Hotel has large dining room with nice outside terrace beside the pool. Hotel has personal beach area which can reach in 5 minutes. Stuff are very friendly , has very good hammam sauna and massage center .
When to do reservation then to chose standard room with wive on see. Also has small balcony. Location very good that has public busses on each direction.
In this hotel public WiFi has in lobby but if want in room then this is by additional costs. That WiFi order we have meet in other hotel to, like Turkish style.
Overall we spent a week in hotel and was very happy that we got service more then expected at the beginning ! Very nice place with good ( excellent ) service !

A wonderful experience.
We were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel during our stay. Its proximity to the coast and the availability of two separate beach options was a major advantage. The staff were very attentive and friendly; we felt that guest satisfaction was truly valued.
Eren Bey from the animation team added a special touch and energy to our holiday. The hotel manager's kind and courteous approach was also commendable.
The three meals offered as part of the all-inclusive concept were quite successful in terms of both variety and taste. The oriental show and the Turkish night were particularly enjoyable, and the food prepared especially for the day was very carefully prepared. The karaoke show was also fantastic.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Perfect holiday
The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel were really excellent. Its proximity to the coast and the fact that it had two separate beaches was a huge advantage. The staff were incredibly attentive, constantly going out of their way to make us feel welcome. In particular, our friend Eren from the animation team took great care of us and made our holiday more enjoyable. The hotel manager was also very kind and polite.
The three all-inclusive meals were both very varied and incredibly delicious; I'd say we were spoiled for choice!
The oriental show and the Turkish night were fantastic, and the special food prepared for the occasion was delightful. We were very pleased and would definitely choose this hotel again.
