It was very nice that all the employees were nice and caring and that the restaurant manager Mr. E.K. tried to please the customers.

I was very pleased with your hotel. The food, the pool, everything was wonderful. The restaurant manager, Mr. Enes Koçman, was a very sweet and friendly gentleman. He is truly a person who does his job properly.

Staff great, facility disgusting and dirty

The staff are really sweet and very hard! But the hotel rack is really absolute junk with huge disgust factor. Had originally booked 10 days. But left after a day. Everywhere dirty on the couch cigarette stains, blood stains etc etc etc. Absolutely: neither recommended nor worth seeing. I don't know from when the pictures are....in principle it already looks like this there, but simply with the pictures a massive dilapidation still count with pure. Everything super old dirty and rundown. If we could give 0, we would do that. The food has little choice, but delicious and too min it was clean there. Just in full line a disappointment!!!! Never again!!! The building consists of 3 buildings. 1. Is not even in use there construction activity and should have been demolished. 2. New building (no construction but only new furniture) but also dirty. And 3. (Where also we were) the old building, abersolte desolate state with disgust factor.

You can go to this hotel just to eat Master Sedat's food. Our daughter Meryem and Ilaydaa are the ones who take care of the desserts.

Oh, I would come to this hotel even just for Master Sedat's meals I cannot stay without mentioning Ilayda's smiling face, her interest in our children, and our daughter Meryem, who takes care of the desserts, thank you very much for everything.

Really worth going

The staff at the reception of the hotel are very sullen... But the hotel's cook, Master Sedat and the waiters are very high quality... the food and breakfast are superb... the animation and activities are superb, there is definitely entertainment until the evening... there should only be fruit at noon... in the evening Fruit should be canceled at lunch and served at lunch... There is a lady named İlayda, she constantly asked if you have any desires or complaints... I will go again next year... I just didn't like the refrigerator.

very rundown resort with poor treatment for RCI members

The resort was in a bad state of condition, requiring renovation. The staff were unhelpful and they told the guests that as RCI members were literally not paying anything for their stay, as they don't deserve rooms in the new building and were placed on the top floor of a very run down and old three level block with no lift.
