Boutique, lovely, warm property....

We stayed in Bungalow in October 2025.
The property is located in the Carter region, on the sidelines of Sapanca Lake and offers lake views.
The Newbie is said to be opening opposite the cable car pickup location.
The property is served by 7 Bungalows and 3 hotel rooms in the main building. The main building serves breakfast on the entrance floor. Outside, there''s a stall, kids'' playgroup, and mini golf course (mini).
A place with a breakfast concept. The breakfast area offers complimentary tea and coffee and snacks throughout the day.
The Bungalow houses were very comfortable, warm and lovely. The small pool in the garden is always warm.
the staff is very attentive.

Amazing place and the Staff were very accommodating, Ahmed at the reception and the the restaurant staff were very welcoming.

Kartepe Panorama is one of the nicest boutique hotels I have stayed at. The property was amazing. The staff was attentive. The breakfast was wonderful. The room was impeccable. The views were beautiful. Great all around experience.

Wonderful, absolutely wonderful. I can’t imagine how could i not passed by that place before. Extra clean you can not find a spot in all over that property. Well decorated, calm and comfortable place. Staff was absolutely friendly from the first glance the wave goodbye so polite and smiling you really feel welcome there. Im amused of the high quality of everything in and out room. Smell of place is extraordinary beautiful. Breakfast was really good portion and taste and also variety. That hidden gem is absolutely be my destination whenever I visit koacaeli next time. Trust my word you wont regret any penny spent in that beautiful place.
