Avoid this place seriously!
Then, I negotiated with staff to change the room.
They told us we must pay 400$ for a better room with a very nice sea view and it was only available for 2 days. We agreed that and paid 400$ in cash
I told them not to charge my credit card, and they said Sure.
Then, suddenly, after we checked out, they charged my credit card 373$ again!!!!
When I called the owner, he told me Don't worry! I will pay you back your money tomorrow!
Then he did not answer me again!!!
When I contacted the Booking customer service, first the owner said he would investigate and care about the situation. Then HLhe said I booked 2 rooms, not 1 room, and then he said I cancel my first reservation and the second room costs much more !!!!

Best stay in Turkey!
Some examples of their kindness:
- There was a small misunderstanding (not even their fault) and as a result the woman working there offered us free cleaning service if our clothes.
- The owner saw us walking towards the hotel at night and offered to give us a ride home.
- The owner gave us a little tour around the hotel area by car.
- We ordered takeout to the hotel one night, when they came from the kitchen giving us a really nice salad to eat with our meal.
- We got small souvenirs
- We got a ride to the bus station by the owner himself.
Every acts of kindness without having to pay anything. We also bought some water and when we were checking out the did not allow us to pay.
I can guarantee that you won’t find this kind of hospitality anywhere in Turkey.
The hotel it self is clean and nice with an astonishing view over the ocean. You will have a perfect view of the sunset every evening. I would recommend you to pay a bit extra to get some of the nicer room with jacuzzi.
All in all I would give it 11/10!
