I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
We stayed there for two nights last week with my family and we regretted it immensely. The cleanliness was terrible; the headboards looked like they hadn't been wiped for at least a month and were incredibly dusty.
The mini-fridge wasn't cooling at all; its interior was broken and rusty, and there was a half-empty bottle of water inside.
The towels were stained, and the sheets and pillowcases were incredibly wrinkled. Despite staying for two nights, the towels and sheets weren't changed.
The toilet and shower cubicle were dirty and filthy.
Despite mentioning it the first evening, the cleaning wasn't done the next day.
There's only one clothes drying rack on each floor, and even that was broken after we asked twice and they finally brought it :(
Only the breakfast was good; it had everything you'd expect from a normal standard. The pool was also nice.
Just because we booked the hotel at a reasonable price doesn't mean the hygiene should be below par. Besides, I politely and respectfully explained the situation in our room to the staff. One of them asked how many nights we would be staying. When I said two nights, he responded with a humming, somewhat dismissive tone, saying, "Tomorrow, or maybe someone else will check." We went on a boat trip and the room was still exactly as it was, absolutely awful, awful, awful... There was absolutely no hygiene check; two male staff members were ironing the sheets by stretching them out, it was like a joke. In short, the hotel's exterior was nice, but the interior was dirty... There was a water dispenser in the breakfast area, but it was tap water; we never drank it. The room's air conditioner only cooled down in the early morning hours during the scorching heat. There was half-finished wet toilet paper in the room... you can clearly see it in the photos. The good thing was the friendly staff upon arrival.

The experience at the Atrium Hotel

Pros:
• Location: The hotel is centrally located, and the buildings have an attractive appearance.
• Staff: The staff, including the reception team, were very prompt and courteous.
The hotel features beautiful architecture.
Cons:
• Cleanliness: The hotel falls short in this regard. The restaurant and terrace were dusty. Although the room was reasonably acceptable, the bathroom is in urgent need of a complete renovation.
• Parking: Although parking is included, the service provided was a complete disappointment. We were asked to leave our car keys at the reception. Even though we clearly stated that we would be nearby and could move the car ourselves if necessary, they insisted on keeping the keys. In just six hours, our car was moved from one spot to another four times, which is completely unacceptable.
We would return if management modernizes the facilities and ensures that guests with parked cars are not disturbed by the receptionist.

No curtains at the windows, made for a sleepless night!!
Bar facilities, very poor. Bottle beer and normal coke no light/diet option available.
Towels could do with being renewed.
Great central location, could be a lot better with a bit of TLC.

Bad

There are many facilities mentioned, but they are not there.
Restaurant closed. Bar closed. Hot tub's broken. Balcony gate broken. No stairs by the pool. No daily cleaning. All this is on the site of booking.
