Great location. Overall, I gave it a four out of five it was a little dated. The smell of cigarette smoke from the restaurant below filled the hallways in the evening and if you’re not a smoker that might bother you. But overall I’m happy. If you get a chance, eat at Ahura it’s about a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. It was delicious!!

Amazing stay at the Qinn Hotel. Staff were very attentive, really clean amd went above and beyond. Will definitely be returning. Hotel restaurant was amazing

If you'll have an issue they will make it difficult

I guess if you happen to have no issues it can be an okay place. It's in a resorty area, so if you're looking for just a place to chill by the pool, it might be your thing.
However,
We had an unfortunate stay the first two days (outage when we arrived, and issues with electricity the first night; then a party the second night making it impossible to sleep, and I'm a person that can sleep on airplanes).
We asked to change hotels, because the experience was just bad, but well at least the staff was nice about it and told us we can check out the next morning and get the rest of our stay refunded. I was gonna give them 3 stars but then...
Luckily we asked for a signed statement from what they promised us because In the morning, literally as we were leaving they said "oh by the way, we'll refund you for 1 night less". They gave no reason, and the person who supposedly made that decision refused to talk to us (great sign). As we complained about this, they also told us
"We don't need you, go find another hotel".
Yikes. We disputed through booking.com. Booking.com said the hotel isn't communicating with them about this either.
Luckily, our second hotel was lovely and we still had a great vacation but this place has greedy and non-customer oriented management.

Qinn exprance

All the staff really helpful, always smiling, our room maid was Eda Kizikaya, did 5 star job looking after our room every day. Sila was brilliant really attentive at the bar restaurant.

Great hotel hotel experience!

Our experience has been amazing, the staff are so welcoming and friendly, Baron, Mert and Sila are great assets to the team and ensured our experience was enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, and would most definitely come again. The food and drinks were great and overall, the hotel is beautiful. Thanks so much for the complimentary drinks! x
