Very good hotel

Very good B&B recommend this to anybody staff Very good very clean hotel rooms to do every day. It is the top of my list breakfast. Good excellent

Staff were very good and helpful. Location was great for our need. Breakfast was good too and included in the price which was good too.
Initially had problems with lack of hot water and toilet cistern issue but staff fixed that straight away.

Too bad.

I put 2 because the staff is courteous even if they knew very well what was going on. The hotel is not really like the pictures, it is old and tired. Already we arrived at 2am and they asked us to pay before taking the rooms?! When we went up to the room we understood. We asked for 2 bedrooms one for our children and one for us they gave us 2 bedrooms on different floors (2nd and 4th). Our room (at 2) smells the humidity of the whole floor (the window of the hallway is constantly open). The shower curtain is half removed, the toilet is glued to the sink when we sit on the toilet the sink is practically glued to our chest. The sheets were dirty but we were too tired we couldn’t go down anymore and then it was too late. The parquet was removed in places as if it had swollen.
Then the biggest problem is water. From a certain time there is no hot water. I don’t know how to say it’s time, because we would go out and come home late. But over the 6 days we stayed we had hot water 2 days. And when I talked about it he said “we’re going to cheker” or “does it work now?” I wanted hot water when I needed it. Of course no discussion possible for a discount or compensation. Even the management (who doesn’t speak English anyway) didn’t seem to care about my problem. The service does not correspond to the price we paid.
Personally I will not go back!!

Very welcoming staff with a good service. Helped with airport transport to the hotel. A satisfactory room with a fridge. Room was a little dated, but clean. Has a nice liitle pool for having a swim and cooling off. A selection of food for breakfast. A suggestion would be to label some of the food, so you know what it contains, e.g. if meat is included, nuts (allergies). A nice pleasant location. A few minutes walk to Konyaalti beach. Also, buses are close by to visit the Old Town and Migros shopping centre.
