Great staff

Had to come early in the morning they did not make any problem and gave me a room with no problem
Receptionist and the manager was so helpfull as manager tried his best to help me and that was really good made me feel like ı am at my own house
Staff got a smile on their face at all the time
Would deffinelty come back 10/10

The staff is totally unfriendly, rood & behaviour, the service & facilities are very poor, the housekeeping is not cleaning the room everyday, serving EXPIRED food at the dining in the breakfast, dirty dishes at the dining .... & much more !!

Overall the Boutique Hotel was amazing. The layout and style of the room was perfect and the facilities were asking. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there the next time I am in Ankara.

Friendly staff, nice rooms

I spent 4 nights in this hotel. The location was OK for me because I had meetings right here but there is not much to see in the neighborhood.
The rooms are spacious and clean, the hotel is interestingly decorated.
The breakfast was depending on the day - some days good (including some Turkish food), some days not great. However, there are enough food choices for everybody, I guess. The coffee is horrible. I had also one lunch there, very disappointing. Fortunately, there are many other restaurants around.
The staff was quite friendly and helpful. They are also offering a very practical airport shuttle.
