But the complex is excellent; I have been visiting it for years. Thank you to the entertainment team, especially Momo, Enzo, Kimo & Chris, who do their jobs well! Kind, adorable, and friendly! Thank you all <3

2026 Vacation
From the very first day, all our money that was in our locked room was stolen without any sign of forced entry.
We also had several cockroaches in the room.
Hotel under construction, so many things were inaccessible and closed.
There is no playground for children.
Regarding the entertainment, the activity leaders were a very good team.
Regarding the catering, the staff was more or less pleasant overall, but regarding the meals offered, it was always the same thing coming back.
Given the price we paid, we are very disappointed with this hotel.

Don't go to this hotel
There was a fight in the bar 2 days before my return women and children running screaming because of this. All in all it was a holiday from hell I felt so lonely and was not a relaxing holiday. Will definitely will not go back.

Definitely a very nice hotel complex, but for me personally too big and extensive
Had a nice renovated bungalow
As usual Problems with finding lounger by the pool/beach
But I have to leave one thing....mega sympathetic funny staff throughout the hotelexcept by the pool
Food....who was hungry always found something whether cold or hot buffet
Had wonderful weather with beach that was the most important thing for me for a relaxing week but again I would not book it anymore, the choice is great in Djerba
