The room was spacious and clean. The staff attentive and nice. The breakfast wasn't bad but they could do with more options. Everything in the room works and that is a plus.
I enjoyed my stay and would go back again.

The staffs were all amazing. I will give them 120%. They go beyond the call of duty to make sure you are okay. The location is wonderful if you like shopping at the Grand Marché.
Breakfast standard and variety is poor.
However the hotel has lots of dampness in the rooms that makes it looks and smells poorly.
The shower drainage system could be the cause of the dampness.

Bar experience

I request a drink a martini, accidentaly it felt because my arm was sticked in the table plastic marker...The employees saw it and clean it after I kindly asked if it was possible to give me another one...one of the employees was cool but other went to talk loud about tge situation to a colleague in my table. I did not like it and told him that it was not ok to talk like that...since I was quite ok with the situation despite sad to loose a drink. The service will improve if avoiding these type of situations.

The hotel staff were helpful, and my room was spacious and clean. Lots of hot water! The restaurant on the top floor provides a nice view of the Gulf of Guinea (except for 1 big building in the way). I've seen better breakfast buffets, but there is as much coffee as you want. Lunches and dinners were fine - pizzas were okay, the lasagna and penne arrabiata were better. The hotel if close to the beach, next to the Grand Marche, and close to the Government areas of Lome.
