Do not stay here

Room was dirty, shower didn’t work properly and was cold, windows didn’t close fully, toilet wouldn’t flush. The area around the hotel does not seem very suitable for tourists, we ended up staying there as out travel company said the original hotel was not available. Would not recommend. Breakfast was also very very basic.

Very average place, wouldn't recommend

We stayed here for two nights as part of our Tanzania safari. Each and every staff member looked as if they were being forced to work there. Although our first night was decent, the room that we were given the second night after we were back from the safari was below average. The biggest joke was that the bathroom had a plastic shower which they use in the the tented safari camps and it was completely useless. Unexpectedly, the food was quite good in the restaurant.

Loud, No decent facilities

There was no hot water in the morning. There was no curtain on the bathroom window that was directly opposite another residence. Very, very noisy. Reception staff were useless, unfriendly, obstructive, and unhelpful. We couldn't find any staff in the restaurant at night. Sheets are old and poor quality, dubious cleanliness. No elevator. Rubbish was left on the steps for over 18 hours. There was no way to ring down to reception, no help numbers on the phone and we tried all the combinations. Stay anywhere beut here.

ok for one night

Pros: nice location, good bedroom with toilet
cons: too noisy at night and staff is very confused. I asked them to prepare a early breakfast because i was leaving very early and they said yes yes sure. next day, nothing was prepared. so dont count so much on what staff says.
