다른방으로 바꿔주기전까지 40분을 넘게 그 방에 있었고, 온몸에 두드러기를 비롯해 침을 삼키기 어려울정도로 알레르기 반응이 생겼다.
트립닷컴을 통해 예약취소 신청을 했으나, 예약취소 및 환불을 받을수가 없었다. 결국 다른 호텔로 옮겼다. 왜 이 장소가 평점이 높은지 전혀 모르겠다.

You submitted a cancellation request before your stay due to personal reasons, and the request was received by us at 13:34. However, since your booking was made under the “Non-Refundable” policy, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances, as stated in the booking terms.
After checking in and entering the room, you informed us that you were not satisfied with the accommodation. As a solution, we offered two alternative rooms, but they were still not to your satisfaction. Our staff also offered to show you additional rooms, but your partner requested to check out instead.
Regarding concerns about the room condition, we have conducted an inspection and did not find any issues as mentioned. In the case of mold concerns, if you can provide photographic evidence, we are willing to offer a full refund. However, if this is an attempt to discredit or manipulate the situation solely for the purpose of obtaining a refund, we will collect all necessary evidence and take appropriate action accordingly.
We sincerely apologize if this situation has caused any inconvenience and appreciate the opportunity to clarify our position.
