As I physically disabled person I was very disappointed when I arrived at the hotel.
No elevator, only stairs. No help from the staff to get the bags up the stairs. I ended up having to book another hotel within the hour because this was not what I wanted nor was expecting to pay for, especially for the price.
No refund either nor help due to the staff being uncooperative. Very poor conditions, smelled bad, screaming heard all night and it literally felt like a homeless shelter.

Disgusting. No breakfast. No elevators. No hot water. Internet so slow. Run away fast. Not a resort an all. It’s a dump
