Comfortable and Quiet!!

Quiet, comfortable and clean! Soi was lovely to deal with as well as her friend Ryan. It's easy to give a good review when everything is perfect. But places really shine when there is a problem that is properly dealt with. We had a slight hiccup when we arrived that was immediately dealt with to our 110% satisfaction. Loved the refillable water bottle station, which was the first one we saw in the 6+ weeks we were in Thailand. Location is good, close to street with lots of shops and restaurants. Not far from beautiful long beach. Would stay here again, great value for money. My only regret is that we didn't get an international license before we arrived so we could rent a scooter. This would have been a lovely island to tour around without having to use the taxi service.

A perfect escape on a beautiful island.

I stayed at escape cabins twice in my three week stay in Thailand. I stayed in two different 'cabins' ( actually they are well designed, spacious and stylish bungalows) whilst there are they were both immaculately clean with some cool design touches. The pool is always clean, gardens ell tended and the owners and staff are helpful, polite and friendly. I can't recommend this place more highly. It is well situated , very close to the beach but away from any noise, nicely tucked away.

Peaceful and relaxed resort with friendly staff and pool.

We spent a happy week at the Escape Cabins. The resort is just off the main strip so it's super quiet and peaceful but with easy access to local restaurants (we recommend the Glass House or Danny's for breakfast) and the minimarket. Long Beach (amazing at sunset) is about 5 to 7 mins walk from the resort.
Our cabin was clean, spacious and well equipped with a microwave, kettle, fridge, efficient aircon and excellent WiFi. The cabins are detached and spaced around a pool making it feel very private.
The owner Jon was super helpful and organised our airport transfers, moped hire and snorkelling trip. He even helped us retrieve our phone after we left it at a beach bar (phew!).
Hair dryer and beach towels were a welcome surprise.

It's perfect.

The villa is great. The location is perfect, the beach, restaurants, shops everything is within walking distance in minutes and yet it is totally quiet, you hear nothing but nature. Jon and his team are super hospitable, warm and helpful and so lovely with the children. There are towels for the beach and it was cleaned every day, the beds made and even the dishes washed. We would always come back. Thanks for everything!

Non-compliant photos and dilapidated accommodation

We left this accommodation for another. The accommodation does not match the photos, it is dilapidated and dirty. We do not have a duvet to sleep in as in the photos, not the cushions as in the photos, the toilets are dirty, the curtain to keep out the light is too small compared to the window. The toilet doesn't flush, the sink is dirty, the doors don't work, the shower barely heats up.
