Swimming pool

After having an hour ago with a child of 7 we arrived at the pool. It was hot and there was a line of about 12 people. It was indicated that the pool was full, okay. After half an hour of waiting and seeing about 30 people leave the pool, we went for redress. They were supposed to check again in an hour and a half to see if enough people were gone. We stayed in line for a while while we still saw whole families leaving the pool, but no one was allowed. With disappointment, we, like the others, eventually left the queue. Poorly organized, too bad!

Asked the restaurant manager if they could remove peanut butter from the breakfast buffet the night before (11/7-26) breakfast as we have severe peanut allergy in the family. Got to answer that there was no problem and they promised that it would not appear. When we come down for breakfast the next day there are two jars out. I.e. risk of contamination. We always check with the hotel on site even though we called the hotel before to inquire about allergies and they said there was no problem. Not a fun experience. The peanut butter was adjacent to the pancakes but also in a separate section which according to the sign was allergy friendly!! The hotel in general very dated and the food has more to desire.

Changed the price after booking

Unfortunately, they do not care about their reviews because people go there anyway and you can see how the average is in review.
The website cannot be booked and gives the wrong price. Called to book. After I booked, they called me a few hours later and raised the price. When you book at a price, you can not change the price all of a sudden. Have been there before and good place for kids but the quality is like that so will be Båstad and Riviera next round.

Way too loud music!

Very good entertainment with Wallnans but INCREDIBLY loud music between. You couldn't talk at all without screaming. Not coming back!

Very disappointing

We booked the hotel's Easter holiday package with the expectation of an unforgettable stay filled with joy, adventure and relaxation just as it was promised. Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the description at all.
According to the information, there would be a raffle of 3 kg of candy every day. We were on site at the reception at the specified time, but nothing happened and no information was given. Even the promised activities between 10.00 15:30–16:30 in the conference centre no-show. When we asked at the front desk, the staff didn't seem to know. After about 20 minutes, a person appeared and had arranged a very simple “obstacle course” of puzzle mats – a far cry from the fun activities promoted.
“Trolly’s playroom” turned out to be an old conference hall with some scattered toys and drawing materials. The game center consisted of a PS5 with only one controller, which quickly created frustration among the kids.
The mini disco, which was scheduled to run from 1 p.m. 17–18, started late (about 17:10) and was not prepared. It was held in a small room where the mascot Trolly danced to 80s music – not very engaging for the children.
The children’s “all inclusive” bracelets were also misleading. The ice cream consisted of small popsicle sticks and soda could only be taken with food. This does not correspond to what you would normally expect from all inclusive.
The spa area was quite okay, but even there were restrictions as many parts had an age limit (12+), which meant that the range for families with children was limited.
The hotel in general felt worn, rundown and poorly cleaned. With a thorough renovation, better maintenance and more dedicated staff, this could have been a really good facility.
In conclusion, very disappointing, especially considering how the stay was marketed.
