One of the best boutique stylish hotel ive stayed

Usually i dont only post a review after my stay but this stay is different. And coming from someone who is studying in the worlds best hospitality school i can vouch for that. Checked in into one of the most stylish hotels, straight from booking the process they were prompt and when got to know im visiting sweden for the first time they also upgraded my room even tho being a high season and hotel being sold out they honoured it. As soon as i checked in the lobby is lively with a bar and receptionist greeted and warmly welcomed me to the hotel. She also gave me the best recommendations. The room as i soon as i saw i was impressed with the peak detailing in every corner with a personal note on the bed. The hallways are dark intimate with the perfect lighting and rooms are bright so it feels like entering into a different world. The size of the room is really spacious and the bathroom is special too.
The main selling point of the hotel is their courtyard with natural light and the vibes are honestly amazing.
I wish my stay was longer but definitely gonna recommend to people who are visiting Malmo or even Copenhagen.

The breakfast was delicious. I would recommend adding more vegan options to the pastries. The vegan brownie was a great addition. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant were also nice.

Top, Top, Top! Like it all. Especially happy I get when service is taken proactive, and when people working just seem happy about their work. All others was also just great; room, location, breakfast etc. :)

A big genuine thank you. Friendly, professional, big heart. So impressed. If you wiped a table, you made sure to puff the pillows too. Everyone at the reception raised their eyes and cheered as you walked past. Bar staff told us about other bars and restaurants. Stayed in 231, the shower malfunctioned a bit (might be worth looking at), got help straight away to dry up on the floor and get a new floor mat. Some things are a bit old and there needs to be some new color here and there, but the staff makes the visit super, it feels like you really can service!
The only minus is that it should need three button choices when calling and going to the reception, it feels a little excessive. I understand that you want it to be a little "harder" to reach the reception by phone because you want to limit the load on the scratch, but yes, a little awkward when you are in a car and just want to know how to drive down into the garage. Could be a mini guide when you have booked the garage. Address on the garage, whether you can just drive in, use the bell, if there are fixed places, etc.

Overall nice an friendly experience. Good vibes, food and drinks. Room was a little worn, so was towels. Clean enough though.
