8 Day Husky Mountain Tour

I went to Sweden in April 2023 to do a multi day dog sledding tour with JVT. Patrick was our guide and he was wonderful. He explained important safety items we needed to know and guided us when we had questions. Everyone pitched in to do the various tasks required of a trip this size so it was a decent amount of work but that's what we all signed up for. The scenery was great, we saw Northern Lights, we ate some surprisingly great food along the way. Everyone at JVT was wonderful as they let us go into the dog area to interact with the dogs, they were very accommodating with arriving early, showing us around, and answering the millions of questions everyone had. It was just a great overall experience and I thank everyone there for it.

Fin stuga att sova i men....

Fin och fräsch stuga att sova i. Fanns sovsäckar och inte täcken dock.. spegel saknades, hundarna väcker en minst 1 gång per natt (dom har 800 hundar) det luktar hund kennel över allt, hundarna är 10 meter utanför dörren. Dusch finns i separat byggnad och inte alls så fräscht (vi "duschade" i fjäll sjö), det fanns en ho där som vi diskade i... kåtan där dom har kök är ok men frukosten är ju ingen hotell frukost utan väldigt enkel.. det var okej men hade jag vetat detta innan hade vi inte bokat där...

Please note that the cabins are at the same address as a sled dog company. There are outhouses for toilets. The shower are in another building and the kitchen is in another building. In the cabins there are sleeping bags with inner-liner, pillowcase and a small towel. Self-service for the breakfast.
