Nice hotel in a great location

Nice hotel.
Clean and tidy.
Fantastic comfortable beds!

Really bad breakfast.

Really bad breakfast. Even before 9 o'clock, most of it was over. What was available for lactose intolerant was semi-skimmed milk and oat milk plus something (unclear what) in a bowl. Felt pretty unfresh overall. Have been here many times before and thought the breakfast was okay. Not very fancy but considering what a chain it is, acceptable - we could be full anyway. But now my stomach was almost as empty after breakfast as before. Minus grade!

A positive stay beyond expectations!

We were pleasantly surprised how nice and good the room was. Both the double bed and the children's extra beds were comfortable and the room spacious! The location is great right near the Öland Bridge. There are also a lot of shops, shops and fast food restaurants right next door which made it easy to find alternatives to the hotel's own restaurant which also has an okay selection of food. The breakfast buffet was quite simple but still had an okay selection. Great with free parking right outside! We are very happy with our stay! Is there anything to complain about it is that it was very hot in the room (we were here in July), there was a fan and opened the window at night.

Mouldy sandwiches

One of us bought a shrimp sandwich, but the bread was very moldy. Went to the checkout and the staff said "wow" and returned to the other customers.
Shrimp sandwich no. 2 was just as moldy, we hoped it would be fresh. But no. Then we got a cheese sandwich as compensation, it was incredibly dry.
The rest of us who ordered hot food had to wait a relatively long time. The potatoes were very dry and boring, otherwise the food was quite ok.
But we will certainly not come back and do not recommend anyone else to go there either.
