Mini-holiday
Nice mini vacation in a good hotel with nice location. Very good that our dog could be with us at breakfast indoors, thank you for that!

Dirty, unhygienic, impractical mtp allergy.
Dirty hotel, stated that it is located centrally, but it does it absolutely not- took about 15-20 minutes by taxi to the train station.
Dogs are allowed against supplement in the price, but there is nothing stating that the dogs are welcome in the reception and in the restaurant - properly unhygienic and problematic for those who have severe dog allergy.
Smells of dog bites in the hallways of the hotel, the children could not play outside without smelling dog bites when they came in.
The chairs in the dining room were dirty, the windows were dirty, the hotel rooms were also dirty, there were bigger spots in the textiles on carpet and chairs.
No toilet paper in the room- possibly forgot to fill on.

Those who worked there were friendly and serviced, and there were extra towels available in the hallway.
The hotel has great potential if they put more money in cleaning.

Terrible smell!! Steer away from this hotel.
Terrible smell in the room. Urine, stool?? Mugg in the bath. Was after the first night (of three) promised new room by hotel manager S. So was the hotel full booked when the exchange was to happen?? Fan was requested three times before we finally got fan that was defective! Several other missing rooms.. got promises but nothing happened. Breakfast without cutlery- glass- cups...on demand was the answer that it was in the dishwasher...this was every morning. ..
This is now an ongoing case. Glad I booked via Booking.com...the hotel neither responded, nor took any action during the stay!

Not recommended.
The hotel enjoys an incredible location on the waterfront and harbor. The view and the surrounding area is fantastic. We spent one night July 19-20.
But(!) Our room was dirty and untidy. Under the bed and on the sofa were socks, candy, toys, trash paper and dust. No restaurants (except a Thai restaurant about 2 km away) were open or available. The hotel could not offer food because the poor lonely girl at the reception had to leave to clean for more disgruntled guests where the cleaning had been non-existent in the rooms. No offense to her because she was so cute and nice.
The corridor to the rooms 500- and up was immensely dirty. Trash was everywhere, snuff, cigarettes and other shit.
We had booked room for 5! people and when we would make up late at night there were only pillows and duvets for 3 people.
Breakfast was okay, but no more than that. Big plus at the edge though for free parking. But I don't think we'll ever come back here again. We were also promised compensation for feedback by the girl at the reception when we pointed out that we ourselves had to clean our room and we adults had to sleep without duvets. Upon feedback, we had to “chat” with someone who completely ignored our request. So much thanks we got for that night and that anvil.
Cannot recommend this hotel to anyone else, especially not other families.

Great family hotel
Amazing place if you have a car and can get around yourself. Public transportation is a bit more cumbersome. Room design was interesting, but great, however the toilet and bathroom was on the smaller side. Easy checkin and checkout. Breakfast as expected on a Thon Hotel
