Great view from the balcony! Very comfortable beds and convenient location. Rooms were nice and clean! Extremely pretty hotel! Staff were very helpful and friendly!

Never coming here again. Please clean you room

The location is in the heart of Seattle... Not the best spot. The atmosphere was like an old style. In the room I was in, it was not very cleanly. There were stains on everything, and a tik tak on the ground. The noise level was good but I sleep in a deep sleep and can't hear anything at all. The service was fine. There were a few times that there was no one at the front desk. As well as my family member texted them to clean up the room and the never responded back. There were no seperate shampoo and conditioner, they have a tv in the center but it didn't work very well and they were able to offer us wifi.This hotel costed us very cheap per night but for the quality you get, no one would ever pay me enough to stay her again for a night.

- Able to pay more but looking for cheap options?
- Not ok with something in your room not working, like power outlets, AC, hot water?
- Planning on renting a car but not used to the crazy one way streets of Seattle?
- A light sleeper and need thicker walls?
- Not ok with being one street over from one of the sketchier streets of Seattle?
- Bothered when a hotel seems understaffed?
The more "yes" you answered, the more I would recommend you look for a different option.
I was traveling with a group across 3 separate rooms, and our experiences were vastly different from each other. Broken AC and outlet in one room, next room still has a broken outlet and now a broken fridge. Other room has super loud neighbors the hotel refuses to do anything about. Empty shampoo bottle, tissue not refilled, hair in our bed that wasn't the color of ours??. The only room that almost had no issues was facing nighttime Street construction...(Not much the hotel could do but would have been great to get a heads up).
It was just not an experience i would have expected from a 4 star hotel. I would definitely pay extra to stay in a nicer hotel. Am not planning on staying here again.

I would strongly advise other guests to be very careful with credit card charges at this hotel.
I stayed at the Warwick Seattle from July 22 to July 24, 2026. My reservation had been booked and fully prepaid through Hotels.com. At check-in, the hotel confirmed that the stay was already paid, and I provided my credit card only for the resort fee and incidental expenses.
After check-out, however, I discovered an additional charge of USD 552.64 on my credit card, even though the accommodation had already been paid in full.
I immediately called the hotel on July 24 and was told that the incorrect charge would be reversed. It was not. The charge was processed on my credit card statement, and despite contacting the hotel again in writing and requesting a refund, I have received no response. Absolutely no email reply since then.
Being incorrectly charged USD 552.64 is serious enough. Having the hotel acknowledge the issue, promise to reverse the charge, and then fail to do so or even respond makes the experience even more frustrating.
Until this issue is resolved and the amount is refunded, I cannot recommend this hotel.
