Amangani sits at the threshold of adventure: hot-air ballooning, 4x4 wildlife safaris, golf, hunting and horse riding are all easily arranged. Guided treks through Yellowstone and Grand Teton parks showcase the region's raw beauty. 11 years and under considered as a child and can be accommodated free of charge in parents room. 8 kms to city centre. 24 kms to the nearest airport (jackson hole airport). Earliest check-in at 14:00. Room service 24 hour. 1 outdoor pool. 3 floors.

Winter in Jackson Hole

This was our second time at Amangani, both being around Christmas time. The service is impeccable as always and the hard product has the rustic interior that makes us keep coming back.
One thing that I wanted to note for any reservations made with FHR, the $30pp credit for breakfast does not cover much, as the cheapest dish at breakfast was $30+. Honestly not a big deal, but it seems to have been reduced from $100 -> $60. Again, this is an FHR issue, NOT Amangani's.
We hope to come back in the summer.

Overpriced and terrible service

We had a small family wedding at the hotel last june. The hotel was insufficiently staffed with inexperienced people . Food was mediocre and service in dining room etc terrible. Hotel was run down and way overpriced , far below Aman standard
Only bright spot was tour guide who was terrific . I know it is closed for extensive renovations but that wont fix the amateur way it is run

Poor service, poor messaging, look elsewhere

The hotel was shutting down in a couple weeks for renovation. This is still no excuse for limited service and lack of customer service at the restaurant. The current website for Amanda’s says “Restaurants are open to both Aman guests and non-residents” we made a special drive up to the property with the intention of enjoying a night cap at the Grill. We also noticed they lack the ability the keep the lounge clean as there was stale food and glasses that looked to have been sitting out for some time. Impending remodel or not this is not the type of service to be expected from an Aman property. Due to this experience we will not be visiting any Aman properties through out the world.

Just wonderful

The highlight of our journey around the National Parks. Beautiful room, lovely kind staff, great food. Finding it impossible to find fault. Easy access into town, the hotel will even drive you there and pick you up. Very impressed and plan to return.

Luxurious and tranquil

A boutique hotel with only 40 suites. Each suite has a fireplace and mountain views and soaking tub. Fully stocked fridge with snacks and no. alcoholic drinks included.
Check-in:
Very smooth and luxurious. I just pulled up and my car and bags were taken care of. I was greeted by concierge and we got a tour of the hotel. The view is breathtakingly beautiful when you walk in. I had to take a minute to take it all in.
Room: very spacious and luxurious. it was nice to come back from a 6 hour hike to a fireplace and soaking tub. Bath salts and bubble bath are in the room. We asked for our fridge to be stocked with water and sparkling water. We were given stainless steel water bottles. There are several water refill stations in the hotel and huckleberry juice available.
Spa: Not a destination spa but my massage by Rita was THE best massage I've had in a long time. I'm a chiropractor and I get weekly massages and am typically disappointed in the treatment but Rita was amazing. She helped me with my neck pain. I was 80% better.
Concierge: Celecia helped me find a proper cervical pillow. She showed me the choices and I tried them both. Your wish is always granted here at Amangani.
