Hotels.com [and other third party sites] are not booking correctly with this hotel. I don't believe that the room I rented was worth what I paid.
When we got there it was 8pm and we had read that check in is until 9pm. The office was closed with a sign on the door: "text/call us for emergencies. And third party sites are not being communicated with them well."
I had to call to be texted a code and room to enter on the spot, thankfully.
The room was small for 2 queen beds. Nice, new fridge. Maybe 10 parking spots in the lot. It was clear the rooms had been recently renovated because their were codes still visible on the sheets and bathroon door and the freezer still had the instruction manual inside.
The TV kept being changed by [assuming] another room because it kept going back to the same channel/show, We watched cautiously with the idea that our remote might change another TV, too.
Also, there was not a light switch for lights in the bed area, and they had to be turned on manually.
The pool was great but we only used it once for a short time.
There was consctruction on the street in front which made the walk into town a little wonky, but fine.
We did experience a fire alarm around midnight on the first night and stayed in car until given "clear"- The staff never followed up about it.
So most likely will not stay there again with those prices. [We were also under the assumption that there was a hot tub in the room - not true]

I was a little hesitant but to my surprise - extremely pleased. Staff, Room, location!!! All great.
Now you just need to take over and rehab the other Motel next to you and that road will shine!!

We had a pleasant stay that included a spacious, clean, well-equipped apartment with kitchenette, updated bathroom, and amazing pool! Bedding and pillows were so comfortable.
I expected the hotel to be in the old town area of Hannibal since the advertisements stated it was located in the historic area. It was outside the downtown area and not truly walkable given the weather and road construction. We were surprised to be given a second story room and no elevator. If you have mobility issues, you may want to contact the property before booking your stay. Despite these items, we really did enjoy our stay.

AMAZING PLACE! Everything was incredible. Bed was comfortable, tv was large, hot tub big enough for 2, shower was gorgeous, decor was just top notch. This hidden gem needs more attention!

The Lighthouse Inn & Suites has earned all 5 stars!
We were very pleased amd highly recommend. Just a few highlights: Spotless clean, newlyrefurbished/updated, amazing and unique decor, well stocked, very spacious, assigned parking right outside suite door, very quiet, well lit outside, and touch pad entry.
Special shoutout to Gully, who was was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. She went above and beyond.
