I wish I could have the same blanket pillows towels and mattresses at home. I slept like never before.
Staff was so friendly and kind.

The room was infested with roaches, they expected me to buy my own cleaning supplies and raid for the roaches. I over heard the staff say the ribs and toilets were clogged up no a in the rooms. We are in a dessert were the weather is horrible it’s too hot even for those guest who have dogs. False advertisement on line saying they provide breakfast and jacuzzi and hot tub. Hot tub has water from years ago always opened if child walks in they are in danger of drowning

Friendly & helpful staff. Great location, right off of I-10. Perfect place to stay for more that one night.

Upon check-in we notified staff we'd need a roll-away bed for Sunday night. Got to the room, the toilet didn't flush properly. When maintenance arrived hours later, he wanted to pass off the plunger to me to fix the toilet! Which never got fixed over the 3 nights we were there.
Sunday comes, we call down to the desk to ask about the roll-away, are told they don't have any but can bring a mattress. When we get back to the room later that evening, no mattress, just an extra blanket and pillow.
The staff never let us know that a roll-away or mattress wasn't available or we would have made other accommodations. The toilet never flushed properly. The shower didn't drain properly. When we spoke with the manager upon check out his attitude was one of indifference to the situation, never once offering the simplest of apologies.
Never again will I stay at one of these facilities.

I had reservations and they some hoe didn't accept my confirmation #. The lady at the front desk was so rude and had so much attitude it was shocking. She literally called me a liar when I said I had a confirmation # and grabbed my phone from my hand to see it. When she saw it she said it wasn't real. I was so upset I snatched my phone back and left.
