A little gem in the area but it DEFINITELY needs updating and MAINTENANCE. The staff were very friendly and they care about their jobs. They offer monthly rates and the rooms are unexpectedly very homey. I'm looking forward

There were no sheets or pillows ir blankets for the sofa bed and the ac wasn’t working, breakfast is good, room was clean

I always stay here for the following reasons:
1. Nice & Convenient.
2. Clean rooms.
3. Bed is so comfortable that makes a big difference.
4. Front Desk Managers always polite and courteous.

Overall average but definitely needs work. Every ice machine on every floor was broken / out of order. The climate control in the room was unstable. I would wake up hot at night and at other times it was fine. The thermostat on the wall and on the AC unit itself did nothing when I turned it down so probably controlled by mgmt. Other than that it was clean enough for me and everything else in the room worked. The breakfast was also good and a nice bonus as many suites with a kitchenette do not even have breakfast.

Lamp was rusty, black hair on the bed, check in girl, was outside with her BABY when we arrived and had to wait to be checked in. The girls friends were hanging out in the lobby as well and the bed gave me a backache. Oh and the toilet didn’t flush correctly. Only thing was good, was the waffle at breakfast!
