Amazing hotel in a great location

We had a lovely 2 night stay here. The staff were super friendly and helpful when checking in and checking out. It was also helpful the have bag storage.
The location was perfect. Just across the road from milenium park, 5 minutes from the river walk and close to the train station for the air port.
Our room was fantastic, the bed was large and comfortable with everything we needed. The shower was hot and powerful. The blinds made the room pitch black but they were quite noisy and we could hear other rooms closing their blinds.
The room was amazing value and we would definitely stay here again

Arlo Hotel is 5 stars from the location to the rooms ,staff, cleanliness, and probably the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept on in a hotel room. Nice bar for a good meal and drinks without even leaving the property .Will definitely book at the Arlo hotel when in Chicago for future visits.

Location was great. Rooms were small but nicely decorated just felt cramped. The walls are so thin.. housekeeping walked in on us and then continued to ask questions…we didn’t really get our room cleaned for the 3 nights because of it I guess. The parking isn’t bad just pricey as expected in Chicago.

Great location. Clean lobby, decent restaurant/bar area. The photos of the property, however, were misleading. I was told on arrival that all King rooms were interior facing (no city views), ok no problem. But our one window in a very small room looked out directly into an adjacent building’s cafeteria. Needless to say we kept the curtains closed so there wouldn't be dinner and a show.
The lights in the room were terrible. The desk lamp was constantly doing a flickering, LED strobe effect, while the pen light on the headboard went out completely. The parking was also off site at a public garage, which was full. Luckily there were other garages close enough, but walking 2-3 city blocks in the heat with luggage wasn’t ideal.
We had an OK time, but I won’t be booking here again.

Arlo never disappoints! It's always clean, friendly, well organized. They have a very decent restaurant with convenient work hours.
