Great Stay with no concerns!!

Everything was good from check-in to checkout. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was decent. There’s a Starbucks inside the hotel. Some of the room doors are inside and some are outside doors facing the courtyard. Some rooms have double doors that face the courtyard. The showers have nice, hot water. There’s a garage for parking. The TV has some cable channels and has the option to sign into apps like Netflix, Disney, Tubi, and a couple of others. The hotel is right across the street from Pappadeaux. Pappasito’s is within walking distance and so is ThunderCloud Subs. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would stay again.

Nice Stay with Almost No Complaints

This hotel was very quiet during my stay. Parking was easy at the parking garage next door. Room was typical, but nicely decorated with Texas themed wall prints etc. In room coffee maker and small refrigerator. Room was very clean. Bathroom was not particularly high end, but functional with tub/shower. Could use a heating light in the bathroom during winter months. The staff was phenomenal. Always friendly, considerate and caring. The warm cookie and complimentary water bottles very appreciated. The pillows were a bit too firm for my taste.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was very clean and we loved the pool/hot tub. The courtyard was so pretty too. Convenient location and we felt very safe here. The only upsetting thing was finding out we had to pay extra for parking. I did not see this prior to booking so I was caught off guard. Overall, we loved this hotel.

Had a really bad experience. As soon as I checked in to my room, there was a terrible stench that permeated the room and sheets. I immediately went to front desk to request a change which thankfully they put me on a diff floor. In the new room, while it smelled decent, the sheets were not fresh at all and had stains on them. I was exhausted from my day so instead of requesting another room change, I just stripped the sheets off and used my own blankets. Second, the bed was the worst bed I’ve ever laid on in a hotel. So thin and my back was hurting by the end of my stay, if I didn’t have such limited options with no vehicle, then I would have requested a refund and left. Not acceptable at all, especially for a Hilton property. This is the second time that I was faced with a dirty room at this location. I will not make that mistake again.
