Excellent

We had a great stay here. Our room was perfect for us, a good size, comfy bed, nice bathroom and a balcony with comfy seating. The swimming pool was a nice bonus and although at the front of the property very private. Breakfast was very good. All in all a wonderful stay. Look at a map when booking, we realised it was a little way out if Mirissa but only a short Tuk Tuk ride, a nice property.

Don't go there

Very bad experience. Left there early.
Dirty room, unironed sheets, room full of mosquitoes, moths and flies. Very poor communication.

Dirty bedding hadn’t been changed since the people in the room before us

When we arrived at the property there was no staff to be seen at all, we walked inside the reception foyer called out hello and it was about 5 or so minutes until someone appeared, we had asked for an early check in but our room wasn’t ready so they asked us to come back in 30 minutes, we went and had some lunch and came back 1.5 hours later, the size of the room is good but the whole room wasn’t very clean, the toilet had no toilet paper or hand wash/body wash in the bottle and their were hairs all over the bathroom floor, the toilet had dirty marks all through it and the worst part was all the hairs in the bed and I’m not just talking hair from a head! And stains all over the sheets.
We went down to the reception and asked for them to come up to our room and have a look at the bed and they asked us if we had been in the bed, we said no we hadn’t as we had just got back from the beach and anyway neither of us has black hair! Asked to speak to the manager and they made a phone call but we didn’t get to speak to anyone, they changed the whole bedding but it was obvious to us and them that they hadn’t changed the bedding after the last people staying in that room which is totally gross, we didn’t use the pool as it was kind of weird since it was at the front of the property. We were really disappointed as this was our final stay in Sri Lanka.

Superbe hôtel, tout confort, avec les lits les plus confortables de notre séjour au Sri Lanka. Les chambres sont très propres et très agréables. La télévision a même Netflix.
La piscine est très agréable.
Le petit déjeuner excellent (prenez les tartines à l'avocat, elles valent vraiment le détour).
Le personnel est très accueillant, avec un service très agréable (Merci Adithya pour votre accueil et votre gentillesse).
En plus, c'est très calme, mais à 5 minutes en tuk tuk de la plage centrale avec toutes les boutiques et les bars.
Je recommande vivement.
