Not recommended at all!
1. Room & Cleanliness – The room was very small, poorly maintained, and lacked cleanliness. The linen was not clean and was dusty, making the stay uncomfortable. I had specifically requested a room with a private balcony, as shown in the pictures, but what we got was dirty and had no chairs.
2. False Advertising – The facilities promised were either nonexistent or in terrible condition. The pool was dirty, the rooms and washrooms were unclean, and basic amenities were missing. On top of that, the hot water didn’t work in the morning, which was extremely inconvenient.
3. Poor Service – Room service was practically nonexistent, and there was nobody available to assist us when needed. The food was far below standard, making the dining experience equally disappointing.
4. Dishonest Management – The manager, Charith, made several promises about the facilities, but they were all false. He assured us of a comfortable stay, but the reality was the opposite. His unprofessional approach only added to our frustration.
Despite booking for two nights, we decided to check out after just one night due to the terrible experience. The charges were high for the poor quality of service and facilities provided.
Not recommended at all! Do not trust the pictures or the promises made by the management.

Nice Hotel Up On the Hill Overlooking the Lake.
The swimming pool was a bit dirty, we didn't use and didn't see anyone else in it.
You should be aware, if you have not been to Kandy before, that most of the hotels are on the hills around the lake, almost like a ski resort without the snow! This hotel is no different although it only takes about 15-20 minutes to walk down to the lake and along to the tooth temple and into town. A tuk tuk back will only cost you about 200-300 rupees and they are everywhere!

Very pleasant stay with great views
A very light and spacious room with an equally spacious shower/ toilet. Well equipped with towels, toiletries, hairdryer , tv, tea/coffee making facilities and complimentary bottles of water.
A large terrace style balcony with a table and chairs as well as additional seating. The balcony gives great view of Kandy due to its elevated position.
Breakfast is usually buffet style but as there was a low occupancy during our stay breakfast was served to us.....and more than ample of it !
The only drawback being that this hotel doesn't offer an evening meal, having said that there are places to eat very close by....we ate at the sister hotel just a short walk away. Alternatively you could easily get a tuk tuk down into Kandy where the choice is even greater.
There is also a swimming pool, not big, but ok for a quick plunge / cool off.
A great place as a base.
