The property messaged to say the aircon was broken and to cancel the booking. They have not refunded us and lied to Expedia saying we checked in and we didn’t.

Disgusting end to vacation!

I, a pensioner, my daughter and grandson lived in the hotel from January 5th to January 28th. We agreed first through booking, and then directly with the manager for 26 nights (until January 31) for a certain amount plus $100 for air conditioning. Before leaving, when asked to present an invoice, they showed the middle finger (fuck!), although in fact we overpaid $61, as we were asked to vacate the rooms earlier for booked guests. And then they completely demanded to pay for the sheets, which were supposedly stained and had not been washed off. Although we didn’t do entrance control, maybe they were there. At the same time, the manager and assistant shouted, waving their arms, and took our things. It almost came to a fight with the police. Two healthy men attacked women and a crying child. It’s not enough that we have already overpaid them a large amount without waiting for an invoice or a refund. And they, having saved on booking fees and taxes, showed their true colors, which do not at all correspond to Buddhist principles. Disgusting end to a vacation. I do not recommend it to anyone!!!

Excellent accommodation run by a very friendly family. Great location away frm noise of town but only a few minutes walk to centre and beach
