Room was fine but service needs improvement

Our stay at Studio M was satisfactory overall, and the rooms were comfortable enough for a short stay. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience.
The loft-style rooms require guests to walk up stairs, which may be challenging for some people, particularly those with mobility concerns.
We were also disappointed when the Front Office Manager and her staff Jeane provided incorrect information about a nearby laundromat. As the hotel's own laundry token machine was not working, we relied on this advice and ended up wasting valuable time.
Another frustration was the bedding arrangement. The room was provided with only one pillow per guest, and when we requested an additional pillow each, the response made us feel as though we were asking for something unreasonable.
While the hotel met our basic accommodation needs, better customer service and more accurate information would have made for a much more pleasant stay.
We like to thank K for checking us in with his welcoming demeanor.

It was an amazing stay! The studio M hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and a welcoming vibe that made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived . The customer service was excellent everyone on the staff, housekeeping manager were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile.
The location is perfect, with an easy walk to Clarke Quay and convenient access to many attractions and restaurants. It’s modern, and well-maintained, making the overall experience even more enjoyable.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Singapore and would definitely stay here again! Thank you studio M hotel for amazing hospitality and services.

Met expectation

The room was nice and clean. I really enjoyed going upstairs to bed and downstairs to toilet at night. Cleaning staff was also very nice. However, when raining, the room can smell a bit strange cos of moisture so the AC needs to be set at low temperature and it was a bit too cold.

Exceptional Stay Thanks to HONG's Outstanding Housekeeping!

I had an excellent stay at Studio M Hotel Singapore. The hotel has a convenient location, comfortable rooms, and a friendly atmosphere. Everything met my expectations, but what truly made this stay memorable was the outstanding housekeeping service.
I would especially like to recognize HONG from the housekeeping team. HONG consistently kept my room exceptionally clean and tidy every day. The room was always fresh, well-organized, and maintained to a very high standard. Beyond the excellent cleaning, HONG was always warm, polite, and greeted guests with a genuine smile, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.
Housekeeping staff often work behind the scenes, but their dedication has a huge impact on the guest experience. HONG's professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to providing excellent service deserve special recognition. Employees like HONG are a real asset to Studio M Hotel.

It was good but the bathrooms were small. There were also a few things that were falling apart like the lock in the bathroom and the side of the pull out bed
