For the price fulfills its function
Pros
-You have your own space with bathroom
- Kitchen with all the basic utensils (it would be perfect if they put basic seasonings also and a small blender). It has microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee maker and fret soap.
Very friendly reception girl, friendly staff. Most of the communication is via whatsapp.
Check in and check out easy. Just give us an approximate time.
-Water temperature pretty good, good pressure too. Hot and cold water comes out all the time.
You have basics like shampoo, soap and toothbrush.

Wi-fi in the room. All the time it worked well.
- Clothing iron (on request)
- Bus stops both ways on all sides
- MRT 10 minutes walk
Supermarket across the street
A small park across the street
- Balestier market just steps away. In itself, there is food of all kinds nearby, for that part you will never suffer
- There are many temples to visit just steps away
Cons
As everyone has already said. There's no elevator. Quite a few stairs. (Yes it is an important topic to deal with)
-Due to such limited staff hours sometimes you have to wait the next day for them to solve your problem... Or do it yourself.
- Somewhat limited inputs (bath paper, towels, soap) if you order give you more, but it is that, you have to be asking.
Cleanliness is very general. Lack of more cleaning (in shower, bed, sheets, sink, some dust)
They need to include one more day of cleaning. In a week you get 1 day of cleaning. It's not good enough.
-There is safe but in my room it did not work and although I reported it many times, they never gave solution.
-The A/C is upstairs from the bed
There are not many TV channels but you can use streaming apps.
It is important to say that the hotel is undergoing renovation but the time they work is quite decent, I did not see any problem.

Overpriced and in poor condition
There is no elevator. I only found this out when I checked in. I found myself helping people up the stairs with their luggage on several occasions.
The room smelled. There is clearly an issue with the plumbing.
The room is also tiny.
The price is not even cheap for what you get.
Avoid.

Ensure to know the difference of this hotel before booking.
(2) Soundproofing is not good due to dry wall.
(3) House keeping once only every week. Room towel started to smell not good one or two days before the scheduled House keeping
(4) Chair is not stable.
