Beautiful Rooms, Great Location, Amazing Staff

We had a wonderful stay at Villas de Mer in Praslin and would definitely book here again.
This is a beautiful boutique style resort with only 12 units/bungalows, which gives it a peaceful, relaxed, and personal atmosphere. The hotel is located right on the beach, and while the beach directly in front of the resort may not be the best for swimming compared to some of the more famous beaches in Praslin, everything else about the hotel more than makes up for it.
The location is excellent very close to restaurants, takeaways, shops, and convenience stores, making everything easily accessible. Car hire was simple, and most of the popular beaches and attractions on the island were within about a 35-minute drive, making this the perfect base to explore Praslin.
The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, something that is very important in Seychelles’ warm climate.
Compared to many of the high-end resorts and hotels in Seychelles, Villas de Mer offers exceptional value for money without sacrificing comfort or quality.
A special thank you to Tracy for the warm welcome and introduction to both the hotel and the surrounding area. Your helpful tips, patience, friendliness, and willingness to assist truly made our stay even more enjoyable. You are absolutely awesome and a real asset to the hotel!
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and affordable stay in Praslin.

In the short term enough

Location at the top, nice room. However cold shower. This has been reported. Meal served on 2 hours. Very long service. Not much for breakfast. We did two nights. That's enough. Staff at the reception super nice

Beautiful hotel of human size

Beautiful man-sized hotel. Very well maintained. Spacious and renovated room. Double shower very convenient. The hotel gave us the full choice of the menu of its restaurant although we are half board (we were the only ones). Special mention to Pradeep for his Kindness and Quality of Service and Jerry for his cooking. On the beach side... less nice many seaweed at this time, you have to go to the other side to enjoy Lazio and Georgette cove.

A very nice hotel and a superb team, GO Y

We went there for our honeymoon and everything was perfect. The rooms are large and spacious. Nicely decorated and well equipped. The pool is open H24 and you have direct access to the beach. The meals are hearty, varied and very very good. We would especially like to thank the staff for their kindness, availability. We were also celebrating our one year wedding and very kindly, they prepared us in a kiosk on the beach, a beautiful table with flowers and we surprised them by appearing in our wedding outfits that we had taken back especially for the occasion. YES A HUGE THANK YOU TO THE WHOLE TEAM who allowed us to live this fabulous stay

Not unforgettable but just correct.

Nice room. Bedding a little closed but for us it's okay. Nice staff but not too much at the restaurant. The men are smiling though the waitresses left a smile in the dressing room. Swimming pool a bit rustic but always clean. Nice beach at the foot of the hotel. When you have a flight or boat back in the afternoon, you have to pay 50€ stinks to keep your room until 3pm otherwise you are asked to leave the room at 10am and stay dry outside in 30 degrees. This is average especially when the hotel is not full.
