Mediocre service at the waffle and crepe station.

Bad experience with the waffle and crepe station. Mediocre service with unpleasant and rude waitresses. No friendliness toward the clientele.
But I commend the professionalism and responsiveness of Marietou, who knew how to resolve the situation with humility. A person to be encouraged.

Sunday brunch: areas for improvement

I came for the Sunday brunch. More care should be taken in the tea service. The cups, after use, are just rinsed in a bowl of water without being washed with soap before serving other people. With the number of contagious diseases, this is a very sensitive point that must be taken more seriously.
The other point to improve is the air conditioning
When taking a reservation, ask the customer where they would like to be seated

Enjoying my stay

Having a great stay. My first full day here ended with great service at the bar from Amy. She’s very professional and welcoming as are all the staff members. The service is the best part of the experience. Stop by Bar Kora…
