This hotel is an oasis of relaxation and leisure for business travelers, boasting elegant décor, a wonderful atmosphere and a high level of service. The comfortable rooms are tastefully decorated with many modern amenities, including free wireless internet access, cable and satellite channels, a fax/modem connection, voice-mail and video player and CD/stereo players (on request). The air conditioning in every room is individually controllable. Guests at the hotel can enjoy a buffet breakfast. Hotel Angellis benefits from a central location, only 10 minutes from the Traian Vuia International Airport and from the center of Timisoara. It is in the neighborhood of the Iulius Mall shopping center.

just pay you must sleep warm

nonexistent air conditioning and rude friendliness, they wanted payment in cash and given our refusal to stay there without air conditioning (Timisoara 40 degrees) they said we did not show up. and considered 4 stars but not even 2 in reality.

I don’t recommend it 4 fake stars

The AC is not working. It’s 30 degrees in the room and 34 outside. The first room we received smelled very bad, but we were given another one. Try to avoid the rooms facing the street if you stay here; the windows do not close properly. I recommend avoiding this hotel.

Disappointed

I think that they need major investments to keep the 4 stars, now i would give them max 3. On the positive side good location, good and clean bed and helpful staf. On the negative side:room clean in the "middle", ac dosent work, an odd smell in the room, poor wiffi, to noisiy, no mosquito net(good hunt), no floor towel, poor whater presure and shower gel maybe for one shower max ...

A 4* hotel with services below 2*

Small parking place with hard access, You have to be very careful not to hit a railing.
At first sight the room seemed clean but then I felt a strong and unpleasant odorant. Usually these type of strong odorants are used to cover sewage problems.
The worst thing was the very low pressure for warm water. it was impossible to take a shower.
The receptionist was unprofessional and disinterested. He told me that the low water pressure could be because the room was at 5th level ...
From their answer to my claim I can understand that they don't admit they have a problem with the service quality.

Proper facility / extremely poor maintenance

The hotel has its glory days but right now is drawing in misery, and it is not a figure of speech. The hotel is dirty, smelly and needs a strong management involvement in order to turn to the right path.
The walls are in desperate need of fresh painting, the bathrooms need advanced cleaning and proper and regular cleaning will be required.
Last week (first week of December 2018) there were bugs in the hotel and I would not recommend using the elevator as it smells badly.
