Price ok and in the center
Aged hotel (100 years old) in the center with spa. Room very large. TV and minibar available. A limited number of parking spaces in the underground garage (affordable). As well as in the immediate vicinity PP on the road. Spa without supervision. No additional towels or bathrobes available. Must be taken from the room where you have wet and sweaty cloths. Smaller pool and 1 sauna. Sauna risk of injury with broken wooden slats. Sauna also correspondingly black. Breakfast buffet loaded with things it doesn't need. Why do they have hot plates of cold meat and cheese that just take up space? Better extra types of bread. There was only sliced bread for toast as well as small sweet butter squirrels and sweets. Choice of bread could be better.

Run, unless a bivouac in town doesn't scare you.
Hotel old. Ruined rooms! The bathroom has half a century , no decoration, the bed is dirty, the curtains (so-called blackouts) are torn and do not hide anything, no soundproofing .
The furniture is out of age
Staff who speak poor English.
In short, it is worth 2 stars , and again when it is clean! The cleaning of the rooms is limited to changing the towels!
Run away from and ignore many of the obvious comments of convenience.

Abandoned?
The hotel is old, it needs to be completely renovated.
The bathtub was pricked, the bathroom was old.
Furniture is damaged whether it's the desk, the bed, the bedside table.
Cleaning is restricted to the bathroom.
The bed, the pillows are not put back in place. The sheets were clean but the duvet and the bed base were a little dubious.
We've never had the glasses changed on the desk or stains wiped under the glasses.
The staff speaks very little English.
The road makes a lot of noise, the soundproofing is zero.
The only positive thing is breakfast. But we had to wait until the coffee machine was in the mains.

Great Location but Lacking Comfort and Service
We stayed at Hotel Concordia in Târgu Mureș and found the experience to be very average overall. The best part of the hotel is its location – right in the center of town, within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the main square. There is also a small parking garage that is helpful.
Unfortunately, the positives stop there. The amenities are quite limited, and the hotel feels dated. Service was not particularly attentive or friendly, which left us disappointed. The beds were uncomfortable, making it hard to get a good night’s sleep, and the overall comfort level was below expectations for the price.
If you’re looking for a place that is centrally located and don’t mind sacrificing comfort and service, this hotel might work. But if you’re hoping for a relaxing stay with modern amenities and good hospitality, there are likely better options in Târgu Mureș.

Horrible experience
Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Concordia was far from the expectations I had for a 4-star hotel.
Bistro-style Restaurant:
The variety of dishes is extremely limited, and the food is at best mediocre.
The practice of automatically adding a 10% tip to the bill without informing customers is completely unethical. This misleads guests, encouraging them to leave an additional tip.
Breakfast:
The poorest and most uninspired I have ever encountered at a hotel.
The Room:
Full of dust, poorly maintained, and the cleanliness was lacking. I found trash of previous guests in the office shelves.
The bathroom is unhygienic, with limescale deposits mistaken for residue.
The electrical system works randomly, and gaining access to the room was a nightmare—the code had to be entered multiple times due to the nearly depleted batteries in the locks.
Minibar and Other Services:
The minibar products do not match the listed items.
Contradictory information displayed at the hotel. For example, the parking fee is shown differently on the same page of the rules: 40 lei/day and 35 lei/day.
The Pool:
A real trap, with unsafe lounge chairs and visible signs of deterioration.
My husband had a serious incident: the pool ladder detached, causing injuries to his elbow and leg. Only a miracle prevented this from having more severe consequences, as our 3-year-old son was about to descend that same broken ladder.
Staff Attitude:
When reporting the issues, the staff offered immature responses with no concrete solutions.
Conclusion:
Although the manager's promises to take action after the pool incident made us refrain from filing a complaint at the Consumer Protection, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
